Once your order has been shipped, shipping times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.

All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has shipped.

Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided with your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If your order has not shipped, we will combine open orders as long as the shipping address is the same.

For best results, store your nail polish in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Be sure to keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use to help prevent evaporation and maintain the formula's consistency.

Our nail polishes are intended for use by adults and should be used under adult supervision if applied to children. Nail polish is for external use only and should be kept out of reach of young children. Do not ingest.

Over time, nail polish may naturally thicken due to solvent evaporation. If your polish becomes thicker than desired, we recommend adding a few drops of a quality nail polish thinner and gently rolling the bottle between your hands to mix. Add thinner slowly, one drop at a time, too much thinner can break the suspension of the formula. Do not use nail polish remover, as it can damage the formula.

Plot Twist Polish is proud to offer handcrafted nail polishes made in small batches in Iowa, USA. Each polish is packaged in a 15 mL bottle.

Our polishes are cruelty-free, vegan, and 10-free, meaning they are formulated without ten commonly questioned ingredients found in some traditional nail polish formulas, including toluene, formaldehyde, and DBP.

Most shades reach full opacity in 2–3 coats, though coverage may vary depending on the formula, application technique, and nail length.

To achieve the best results, we recommend using a base coat to help prevent staining and improve wear time, followed by a top coat to seal in your manicure, enhance shine, and extend the life of your polish.

We strive to provide accurate product photos and swatches; however, colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in lighting, monitor settings, device screens, and individual skin tones.

Yes! In addition to our core collections, we will periodically release limited-edition collections and shades. When a collection is limited, this will be clearly stated at launch, including whether it is available for a specific time period or in a limited quantity.
